

Mary Anne Greenberg, President, CEO
Mary Anne has 30 years of senior position client service skills in marketing. Mary Anne joined AHI's founder in 2000 and developed the services design strategy which resulted in significant expansion of the company and double-digit growth every year since. She works diligently to understand client needs and to help the company meet the needs of the industry. Prior to Alliance, Mary Anne was a consultant to several large fulfillment companies serving pharmaceutical clients. Prior to consulting, Mary Anne was the Senior Vice President for a Manhattan-based cooperative advertising and competitive tracking and reporting company for over a decade. She worked with senior contacts at Fortune 500 companies in the entertainment, telecommunications, high tech software and hardware industries.
Kristin Ortlieb, Senior Vice President, Operations
Kristin has been with Alliance since 1996. She began her career as a Project Manager and quickly promoted into the operations side, directing the programming department. Kristin was responsible for creating the quality control department at Alliance and now oversees the programming and quality control departments as well as internal operations including the Call Center, Fulfillment, IT, Data Entry and Facility Operations. She functions as the company's Privacy Officer and is responsible for ensuring that Alliance adheres to all FDA regulations, HIPAA and Part 11 requirements on a daily basis. Her ability to achieve efficiencies while increasing the quality of service makes her a key component in upholding Alliance's best-in-class service.
Maria Harryn, Senior Vice President, Client Services
Maria has over 20 years in marketing and client service experience. She launched her career in Philadelphia where she worked for several advertising agencies managing print production, direct mail and fulfillment. Maria transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry by applying her print production background in a Project Management role within the Direct Marketing division of Walsh America/PMSI. She later joined Kelly/Waldron (which was acquired by McKesson and later became Verispan) where she spent over 8 years in various leadership roles, including Director, Program Management.
Maria joined Alliance in January 2004 as Director, Client Services. During her tenure at Alliance, she has been attentive to ensuring that our clients' needs are not only met, but exceeded on a daily basis. Maria graduated from Temple University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. She spends her free time with her husband and 2 children.
John Dawson, Vice President, Call Center Operations
John brings over 12 years of pharmaceutical call center experience to the team. John joined Alliance in 2007 as Director, Call Center Operations and has since then been promoted to Vice President, Call Center Operations. Along with Client Services, John provides support in the design, development and implementation of Call Center programs. John and his team evaluate customer requirements and service levels on a daily basis to ensure call quality and compliance of all project specific guidelines. John has overall responsibility for staff including Managers, Supervisors and Communicators (Reps/Agents) within the call center.
Prior to joining Alliance, John was employed by Arista Marketing where he was the Director of Training and Quality Assurance. At Arista Marketing, John was responsible for the personal growth and development of the training manager and six call floor supervisors.
Dolores Hunsberger, Vice President, Call Center Operations
Dolores (aka Dee) is Vice President of Call Center Operations at Alliance. Dee is responsible for providing leadership to Alliance's medical service team that support the call center needs. Dee’s role is to actively participate in the design, development and implementation of all Call Center programs, personnel, call center and project management, client interface and support, and financial tracking for multiple programs. Delivering service levels, providing consistently high quality work, assuring compliance to HIPAA and FDA regulations, and focusing on process improvements and staff development are some of Dee’s key accountabilities.
Prior to working at Alliance, Dee was Vice President of Operations, at Affinity Insurance Services, Inc., a division of Aon Corporation where she was responsible for Client Service, Fulfillment, Retention, Risk Management and key Marketing efforts supporting over one million Nursing and Allied Healthcare providers under the brands of Nurses Service Organization (NSO) and Healthcare Provider Service Organization (HPSO).
Dee is a licensed professional insurance executive with an extensive background in the insurance industry.
Ian Rubin, BA, MB, BS, FFPM
Ian is the Group Medical Director of Alliance Healthcare Information and sister company, Ashfield Healthcare. Ian is heavily involved in the design and delivery of nurse programs and supports the business in medical and compliance matters. Prior to serving as the Medical Director Ian was among other things, the CEO of Zyentia Limited, once part of Oxford University Department of Chemistry in the University of Cambridge, COO and Medical Director of Phytopharm plc.
