Alliance's HIPAA-compliant call center is located at the Bucks County headquarters, and is staffed primarily with nurses, pharmacists and healthcare-trained communicators with deep clinical experience. Inbound programs can be handled in shared, dedicated or combined shared/dedicated environments, to offer the best service levels at the best price.
