Position overview: As part of our team, you will share your abundant medical knowledge with patients and other healthcare professionals in a comfortable, professional office environment. Flexible full-time and part-time hours are offered between 20-40 hrs/week. Max 1 late night (until 8pm), No weekends. We work with you to provide a predicable schedule that allows for planned personal time. Our core operating hours are 8am-8pm M-F. GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE: Representing clients on a variety of medical projects via inbound/outbound telecommunication which may include: • Complete and accurately document Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints as per client and federal guidelines. •Provide drug/medical device product information. •Collect demographic data and disposition for product, sample and literature fulfillment. Training: Initial orientation and training is thorough and includes general and brand-specific information. Requirements: • Current Pennsylvania or New Jersey P.A., P.N., R.N., L.P.N., or R.Ph. license *Bachelors degree preferred in Nursing/Pharmacy or other health care related field *2 years Clinical experience *Desire to engage in continual education process. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Pleasant phone manner *Ability to use PC technology. *Strong analytical, troubleshooting, teamwork abilities and demonstrated client focus. *Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
